A small triple disc grinder with speed control
The Blastrac BMG-444SC is the smallest planetary triple head grinder of our range which is equipped as standard with a speed control system. Due to its wide wheelbase, it is easy to manoeuvre with minimum vibrations and a low noise level. Thanks to the adjustable steering handle that includes a storage place for a smartphone, it is easy to keep control over the machine. In addition, the BMG-444SC can be folded for easy transportation onto small vehicles.
The BMG-444SC is standard delivered with 3 Slidemag adapter plates that can be equipped with any type of Slidemag wings. Like all our triple disc grinders, the BMG-444SC has a toothed lower belt for heavy duty surface preparation jobs.
The BMG-444SC is designed for various sizes of horizontal surface preparation applications. It is an ideal machine for companies dealing with removal of coating, concrete grinding, floor renovation or polishing applications. The BMG-444SC triple head grinder is almost dust free when connected to the appropriate dust collection system.
Advantages of the BMG-444SC floor grinder:
- The planetary system of the BMG-444SC is in a completely casted housing for 100% sealing of the lower belt against dust and water. It makes the machine very easy to clean without any risk!
- The BMG-444SC is equipped as standard with a local dust exhaust of Ø76 mm, a floating shroud and an extra nozzle for better suction performance. It also has an adjustable water hose connection.
- This single phase triple disc grinder is a single phase floor grinder equipped as standard with a speed control system.
- The BMG-444SC is standard delivered with the Ø155 mm Slidemag adapter plates, where the Slidemag wings can be easily slided in and out.
